Here are some questions we typically ask our customers at the beginning of a project. If you don’t know some of the answers, that’s OK – we’ll figure them out later.
- What does your company do?
- What specific business process are you thinking of automating?
- Which bits of the process do you hope to improve with custom software?
- Who are the people involved? What are their job roles? How many people?
- What systems do you currently use?
- How often do you run this business process?
- How much data do you handle?
- How do you want to work with your new system? For example, at your desk, on your laptop, on your phone, over the web?
